Water inlet and emptying device of buried type eyewash station are installed under the frozen soil layer. Water comes in from the underground inlet when valve opens. 4. Eyewash dust cover: soft rubber, can prevent secondary damage; stationary cover, close it after usage, not easy to loss and cleaner than chain type dust cover.

5. Eyewash water regulating device: adjustable flow device, can adjust the flow at any time and effectively make the eyewash water cross on the 203mm height and ensure the flow to be 16-18L/min (please make sure that the water pressure at the scene is 0.25mpa).

6. Eyewash filter: High density PP+304 double filter, can effectively filter impurities in waterand make the water foggy and soft.

7. Eyewash assembly: 304 SS casting parts with fine finish, 90°bend tube is Seamless tube, will not burst when water pressure is high.

8. Eyewash basin: 1MM thickened straight edge basin, can gather water more effectively and prevent spray splashing.

10. Shower ball valve: inner diameter 24mm, outlet flow can be 172L/min at water pressure 0.25Mpa; eyewash ball valve: inner diameter 15mm (gaskets at both sides), outlet flow can be 24.8L/min. Both valves are two-chip ball valves, which are better than one-chip ball valves. Large aperture can meet the ANSIZ standard (shower≧75.7L/min, eyewash≧11.4L/min).

11. Tubes: Inside and outsidepolished 304 SS tube, thickness is 3MM.

12. The base: 6070 aluminum alloy die casting, this material has a high density which can bear high pressure (304 SS is optional)
