6. Eyewash filter: High density PP+304 double filter, can effectively filter impurities in waterand make the water foggy and soft.
7. Eyewash assembly: 304 SS casting parts with fine finish, 90°bend tube is Seamless tube, will not burst when water pressure is high.
8. Eyewash basin: 1MM thickened straight edge basin, can gather water more effectively and prevent spray splashing.
9. Shower basin: 304 SS, diameter 260mm, thickness 0.6mm, 360° rotating sprayer, large coverage, meet and exceed ANSIZ standard (spraying diameter should be more than 508mm at the height of 1524mm). Shower flow is 180L/min.
10. Shower ball valve: inner diameter 24mm, outlet flow can be 172L/min at water pressure 0.25Mpa; eyewash ball valve: inner diameter 15mm (gaskets at both sides), outlet flow can be 24.8L/min. Both valves are two-chip ball valves, which are better than one-chip ball valves. Large aperture can meet the ANSIZ standard (shower≧75.7L/min, eyewash≧11.4L/min).
11. Sound and light alarm: Sound and light alarm device and DCS signal upload. When someone use the eyewash station, the water flows, the alarm system will start/ stop alarm and upload signal to the control center, timely rescue can be made. (This function is optional, price is not included in quotation.)

14. Emptying & antifreeze device: Power of electric tracing band is 6M*48W/M. The non electric tracing parts has automatic emptying function. This model can only be heat preservation and antifreeze, can not raise the water temperature. Which is suitable to be used in areas where temperature is under 0 ℃.Brand of electric tracing band: Epoly (made in Taiwan).
15. Thermal insulation layer: Environment-friendly rubber and plastic.
16. The outer material: Warning yellow PP, can resist the corrosion of various chemicals.
The shell is removable, this design can let users replace the electric tracing band only when it is broken while not replace the whole device. Which is more cost-effective for users.
